Drew Allen is an author, columnist, communications strategist, and founder of BANDO PR. Over the course of his career, he has worked with bestselling authors, media personalities, public officials, and nationally recognized thought leaders, helping them navigate media opportunities, shape public narratives, and build lasting influence.

Before founding BANDO PR, Allen built a career spanning entertainment, publishing, media, and public affairs. His unique background in storytelling and communications gives him a distinctive understanding of how reputations are built, protected, and elevated.

Allen is also a published author and columnist and frequent guest on television, podcasts, and radio. He lives in California's Napa Valley with his wife and daughters.

THE ORIGIN OF BANDO

The name BANDO traces its roots to Renaissance Italy and the word banditore—the town crier entrusted with delivering important news, proclamations, and public announcements to the community.

Long before the modern media landscape, the banditore served as the bridge between information and influence, ensuring that important messages reached the right audience at the right time.

That role remains at the heart of strategic communications today.
